- Who can provide training discounted by companies?
- Any training centre or entity that complies with the current regulations on training discounted by companies.
- Internal staff of the companies that manage their training themselves.
- The organising entities that, in addition to organising the training of their customers, act as a training centre and are registered in the State Register of Training Entities.
- What activities does a training centre carry out?
- Designs and programmes the course so that it is focused on acquiring and/or improving the skills of the workers.
- Teaches the course with teachers (who have training and/or experience) qualified in the subject matter of the course.
- Carries out the training by meeting the technical-educational requirements to ensure the quality of the training.
- Is responsible for teaching, monitoring and assessing the students.
- Monitors attendance.
- Takes protective measures for participants. Has accident insurance for participants and civil liability for third parties.
- Provides participants with the quality assessment questionnaire.
- Evaluates and verifies the acquisition of competencies.
- Ensures delivery of the diploma or certificate of attendance.

Training entities may not subcontract the execution of the training action they have been awarded to third parties. The recruitment of teaching staff for the delivery of training shall not be considered subcontracting.
- What requirements must the course meet in order for the training to receive a discount?
- The training must be related to the activity of the company.
- The training will be in a classroom, teletraining or mixed.
- The minimum duration must be two hours and must not exceed eight hours per day, unless given in a single day.
- The number of participants must not exceed 30 per group in the classroom and 80 per tutor in teletraining.
- Training for workers must be guaranteed free of charge.
- No informative or explanatory actions (conferences, congresses, seminars, etc.) may be discounted.

- How do I register with the State Register of Training Entities?
- Submit to quality controls and audits.
- Communicate changes in ownership or legal form.
