2019 Action Plan
Each year FUNDAE draws up an "Annual Action Plan" which reflects the main lines of activity for the corresponding year.
The following functions and objectives are covered in the 2019 Action Plan:
- Support social dialogue by proposing measures to boost and revitalise professional training for employment in order to achieve the most advanced levels in Europe.
- Promote, develop and extend training initiatives in the area of state management in order to achieve higher levels of participation and higher quality of training actions.
- To propose actions that favour prospecting and detecting training needs in the different production sectors, improving and recognising acquired skills, advancing and consolidating evaluation and information systems, as well as the development of research that promotes learning and access to training for employment.
- To maintain the State Foundation as an institutional reference for the system of professional training for employment in Spain, both nationally and internationally, through the dissemination actions and strategic collaborations that allow training to be extended in the framework of the ongoing social dialogue.
